Cyber Shadows II

On the rise of space cyber warfare and the legal vacuum surrounding it.

Existing national and international legal frameworks remain underdeveloped and poorly equipped to govern conflict in the space-cyber domain. This paper argues for stronger domestic protections, clearer legal standards, and unified international cooperation to secure critical space infrastructure.
